With the objective of becoming more accessible to everyone, we have adopted a new reservation system with credit card verification. Thanks to this change, we are hoping to avoid the huge amount of reservation that end up being cancelled because people don’t show up, leaving other people without the chance to get a table.
In order to make a reservation, it is mandatory to accept these terms and conditions as well as the cancellation policy.
When making the reservation, and in order to guarantee it, you will be asked for your credit card information.
We kindly ask you to let us know if there are any kids among the guests, you have any kind of food allergies, intolerances or preferences.
Your table will NOT be reserved until you receive an email that confirms it.
In case there is no availability for the date you desire, you can always subscribe for the waiting list.
The reservation cancellation conditions are the following:
– There will be no cost for the client, as long as they make the cancellation 24 hours prior to the reservation either by clicking on the link at the confirmation e-mail) or writing us to email@example.com .
– If no notice is given , €20 could be charged per person using the credit card given.
